Usually if we met on the street I would have offered you my ass to smell on it, and would have shoved my nose up your butt. But since we can’t do that online, let me simply say, I’m Bear of Astoria.

By now you must wonder what kind of a person would shove his nose up a stranger’s butt? Dogs. And that’s what I am. I want to give out big lick to the lovely people at Google for finally coming up with this lovely app for dog bark translate. Finally I can speak human and I can tell you about the importance of belly rubs.

 

Let me tell you something, and I think I bark for most dogs. We love food, and we love walks too. But when your fingers gently caress my fur it’s like 1000 volts of love going through my body. For this reason alone Alex is my favorite person in the world.

Pepper gives me some belly rubs, but I have to ask him for it. I practically have to place my belly under his fingers. Often I have to fight the computer, or cell phone, or the TV to get the attention of his fingers. Sometimes I have to fight all of them at once. Soul suckers.

 

Alex is not like that. Alex got me since I was a baby. Alex never stops with the belly rubs and is only sometimes enchanted by the laptop. But these days Alex seems distant. Like not here.

 

I’m a little worried and scared today. Alex started putting clothes in the box with wheels. Last time Alex did that I was left alone, with no Alex for a month, with nothing but the occasional rub by Pepper. He is not that bad. But no love is like Alex’s love.

 

I hope everything is ok. I can’t smell anything wrong with Alex, but the distance in the eyes and box of clothes usually don’t add up too well. I’ll leave you for now, so I can go and give Alex few licks.

 

Maybe it’s my fault Alex is packing. I don’t remember doing anything wrong. I haven’t chew on anything but my toys for long time, so it can’t be that. Whatever it is I hope my licks and kisses will mend it.
